How to eat for your cycle:

Everyone wants to learn how to balance their hormones naturally without being on an oral contraceptive pill,  and often people ask me what they should be eating to do so. Your cycle is a good indicator to how your hormones are doing. An imbalanced cycle can impact fertility, your libido, your energy and overall health and mood. If your cycle are longer in duration or heavier it usually lets us know your estrogen levels are off, or your interval between cycles is longer usually indicates you’re not ovulating or have a higher circulating testosterone level or entering menopause. Also if you ovulate before 14 days, it lets us know your progesterone is low. We will break out the 4 main phases of your cycle and how to eat to support each phase!
