Hope you had a great thanksgiving! We have officially been scheduling patients to be seen at our new clinic. My MA is contacting everyone for appointments starting December 6th, 2017.

We are taking all major insurance: Tricare, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna & Cigna. We are still credentialing with United Health Care, Ambetter and Coventry. I ask that you call your insurance provider to make sure I’m in network.

Office hours as of now are Monday, Wednesday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-12pm.  We will adjust those hours and add more hours in the New year.
